Vanpelt Studio is a "bring-your-own-key" application. To use its AI features you must supply your own Anthropic API key, obtained from your own Anthropic account, and you are responsible for all usage and charges billed to that account. Vanpelt Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, and "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic.
Your use of Claude through Vanpelt Studio is governed by your agreement with Anthropic — including Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, Usage Policy, and any applicable plan terms — in addition to these terms. You are solely responsible for complying with them. We recommend authenticating via an Anthropic API key; if you choose any subscription-based access, you are responsible for ensuring that method is permitted by Anthropic's terms. Vanpelt Studio does not provide, resell, or proxy access to Claude, and never transmits your footage to Anthropic or any third party — only derived text (transcripts, beat sheet) is sent, using your own key.
Claude's outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Story-checks, assessments, and suggestions are advisory only; you should independently verify anything you rely on. Vanpelt Studio never modifies your original footage and applies no edits — all output is markers and suggestions.
A license grants you use of the app per the plan you purchase. Licenses may be validated periodically online and may be revoked for abuse or breach of these terms.
