Vanpelt Studio is local-first. Your video files never leave your machine. Transcription (Whisper) runs locally; only derived text, meaning transcripts and your beat sheet, is sent to Claude using your own key to produce the story-check.
This website is static. If you sign up for the free course or product updates, your email address is stored by our newsletter tooling solely to send you what you asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We also use PostHog (EU cloud) for cookieless site analytics, page views and clicks with no cookies set and no cross-session tracking, to understand which pages help and which don't.
Purchases are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and applicable taxes. We do not store your payment details.
