Your first video is on me

Make a video with Vanpelt Studio in your first month and I refund what you paid. You keep the plan, and everything you made.

How the offer works, as a timeline: you buy any plan on day zero, you make and publish a video within 30 days, you email the link within 35 days, and we refund what you paid while you keep the plan and the work. Included and not extra: a private call with the founder, a walkthrough of your own video any time you are stuck.

The call is the part people underrate. Anyone who takes this offer gets me on a private call to go through their actual video: the idea, the hook, the thumbnail, whatever is in the way. Not a support ticket, not a group webinar. That is included, and it is worth more than the refund.

The small print

The offer

Open to the first 47 purchases made while this offer is advertised on this site. The video must be public on YouTube and published after you bought. Send the link within 35 days of buying. One claim per person, for your own purchase and your own channel. We may close the offer at any time, and a purchase made while it was open is still covered.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and applicable taxes. Outside the offer above, if something is wrong with your purchase, write to hello@vanpeltventures.org within 14 days and tell us what happened; we read every one and answer. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

How the AI works on your plan

On the Studio plan, AI usage is included: we provide it through our own service and it is billed to us rather than to you, subject to a monthly fair-use allowance. On a bring your own AI plan you connect your own provider instead, either an API key you hold with Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter, or the Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already pay for. You are responsible for all usage and charges on any account you connect.

Your responsibility for your provider's terms

When you connect your own provider, your use of it through Vanpelt Studio is governed by your agreement with that provider, including its terms of service and usage policies, in addition to these terms, and you are solely responsible for complying with them. On those plans Vanpelt Studio does not provide, resell or proxy access to any model: requests go out under your own credentials. Vanpelt Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic and "ChatGPT" is a trademark of OpenAI.

On every plan your footage stays on your machine and is never uploaded. Only derived text (transcripts, the beat sheet, visual descriptions) is sent for reasoning.

No reliance on AI output

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Story-checks, assessments, and suggestions are advisory only; you should independently verify anything you rely on. Vanpelt Studio never modifies your original footage and applies no edits: all output is markers and suggestions.

Licenses

A license grants you use of the app per the plan you purchase. Licenses may be validated periodically online and may be revoked for abuse or breach of these terms.
