Real videos, taken apart.

Every one of these is a video from my own channel, pulled apart using the app's own records: the spine it was built on, the verdict it got before publishing, and, where the video has been out long enough, what the audience data said afterwards. Nothing here is reconstructed for the website.

• Shot first, salvaged after My 20-hour Vietnam Sleeper Bus Mistake Twenty hours of bus footage, no plan behind it. The story was mined out nine days later, and the verdict and the retention pass independently flagged the same three problems. Read the case study →
